13. FY 2024 APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENTS MARICOPA COUNTY ATTORNEY In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106 (B), approve the following amendments to the FY 2024 budget: Increase the revenue and expenditure authorities for County Attorney (D190) County Attorney Grants (219) Operating (OPER) budget by $211,641.00. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore expenditure of the revenues is not prohibited by the budget law. These actions will have a county-wide net impact of zero, and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105.
