DATA SHARING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND MARICOPA COUNTY ACTING THROUGH THE MARICOPA COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE Approval of the Data Sharing Agreement between the Arizona Department of Education and Maricopa County. This agreement allows the Arizona Department of Education to share student data and information with Maricopa County, acting through the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, for purposes of investigation. The Agreement shall take effect upon its signing by all parties and shall remain in effect until June 20, 2029. (C-19-25-022-X-00)
