139. INITIATE LITIGATION REGARDING ZONING CODE VIOLATION AT 3100 W. DOBBINS ROAD, LAVEEN, AZ 85339 Authorize the Maricopa County Attorney to pursue litigation to obtain an injunction and restraining order and to enforce the zoning ordinance against the owners of 3100 W. Dobbins Road, Laveen, AZ 85339, and all persons and entities operating a composting facility, which was found by a hearing officer to be in violation of the zoning ordinance, and to obtain a judgment for civil penalties.
