69. INITIATE LITIGATION AGAINST THE OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF PARCELS 502-51-010E AND 502-51-010F FOR ZONING CODE VIOLATIONS. Authorize the Maricopa County Attorney to pursue litigation against the owners and operators of parcels 502-51-010E and 502-51-010F to enforce zoning ordinances and statutes, based on violations V202200226 and V24007001, and to obtain a judgment for civil penalties and injunctive relief.
