CHECK ENFORCEMENT FUND QUARTERLY REPORTS In accordance with A.R.S. §13-1811(F) County Bad Check Trust Fund, receive the quarterly financial reports from the County Attorney of all revenues and expenditures from the Check Enforcement Fund for the periods covering FY2023 through the third quarter of FY 2025. The reports are on file in the Clerk of the Board’s office and retained in accordance with ASLAPR approved retention schedule. (C-19-25-092-X-00)
