FEDERAL EQUITABLE SHARING AGREEMENT COUNTY ATTORNEY Approve the FY 2025-26 Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement and FY 2024 Annual Certification Report between the Maricopa County Attorney's Office (agency) and the U.S. Department of the Treasurer and the U.S. Department of Justice. This report accounts for federal equitable sharing funds received from the U.S. Department of the Treasury or the U.S. Department of Justice. The term of this agreement commences September 1, 2025, and expires August 31, 2026. Authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to sign all documents related to this certification report and agreement. (C-19-26-021-X-00)
