83. INITIATE LITIGATION REGARDING ZONING ORDINANCE AND ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES VIOLATIONS AT 9912 E. BOULDER DRIVE, MESA, AZ 85207 (Supervisor District 2) Authorize the Maricopa County Attorney to pursue litigation to enforce zoning ordinance and Arizona Revised Statute violations against the owners and operators of the property located at 9912 E.
