9. HEARING FOR PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. P-38 E-BICYCLE USAGE WITHIN MARICOPA COUNTY Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-251.05, convene a public hearing to solicit comments and consider the adoption of proposed E-Bicycle Usage Within Maricopa County No. P-38. The proposed ordinance regulates the usage of electric bicycles and electric scooters within unincorporated portions of Maricopa County. If approved, the Maricopa County E-Bicycle Usage Within Maricopa County Ordinance No. P-38 shall be adopted and become effective on November 4, 2026. (C-19-27-056-X-00)
