9. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH EASTGATE MESA, LLC Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, Amendment No. 5 to Lease Agreement L-7229 between Eastgate Mesa, LLC as successor in interest to Millett Family Properties LTD, as Lessor and Maricopa County as Lessee. Amendment No. 5 to Lease Agreement L-7229 with Eastgate Mesa, LLC as successor in interest to Millett Family LTC for 11,900 square feet of office space at 540 W. Iron in Mesa, AZ, will extend the term of the lease to December 31, 2011. The annual rental rate during the term of the lease extension will be $18 per rentable square foot plus applicable taxes.
