27. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR SUPPORT SERVICES Approve an Amendment to C-19-99-015-2, Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Flood Control District and Maricopa County through the County Administration. The purpose of this amendment is to Provide Support Services between Maricopa County (County) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District). This IGA allows for a mutually beneficial agreement between the COUNTY and DISTRICT to provide support services to each other. This amendment is effective from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2040. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. The purpose of this IGA is to renew the procedures for the COUNTY to provide services to the DISTRICT and the DISTRICT to provide services to the COUNTY. The COUNTY and the DISTRICT originally enter into an agreement in May of 1960 for administrative services. The current IGA (1999A006) between the COUNTY and DISTRICT expires June 30, 2020.
