26. APPOINTMENT OF MANAGER TO THE HUMAN SERVICES CAMPUS Approve the appointment of Bruce Liggett, Director of the Human Services Department, pursuant to the Operating Agreement for Human Services, LLC, and paragraph 6.6 to succeed Annette Stein as a Manager of the Human Services Campus. Bruce Liggett shall serve as Manager until the Board of Supervisors appoints a successor. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approved an Operating Agreement of Human Services Campus, LLC (C-20-03-014-0-00) on April 16, 2003. According to paragraphs 6.6 and 6.7, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors may appoint a Manager and Replacement Managers. (C-22-16-006-9-00)
