21. SECURITY BUILDING DEVELOPMENT AND BUILD-OUT Authorize the cancelation of the auction to lease retail space at the Security Building . Due to revised plans for utilization of retail space in the Security Building , it is necessary to cancel the auction for leasing retail space in the Security Building which was previously authorized under C-20-08-019-0-00. The Facilities Review Committee recommends the cancelation of the retail space lease auction. (C-20-08-019-0-01)
