49. NONPROFIT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT - COLLABORATION FOR A NEW CENTURY Approve a Contract between Collaboration for a New Century and Maricopa County through the Community Development Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $25,000. The purpose of this Contract is to Provide FY 2008-2009 nonprofit economic development funding to the Collaboration for a New Century for purposes to include group and one-on-one technical assistance and training to up to 18 community and faith-based organizations in the following topical areas: strategic planning, process improvements, marketing, staff and board development, technology, capital improvements, finances, fundraising, and developing partnerships. This Contract is effective from July 1, 2008 until June 30, 2009. (C-20-09-021-3-00)
