25. NONPROFIT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT - GREATER PHOENIX CHAMBER OF COMMERCE Approve a Contract between Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and Maricopa County through the Human Services Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $165,000. The purpose of this Contract is to Provide FY 2009-2010 nonprofit economic development funding to the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce for purposes to include enrolling businesses into the Bid Source Program, matching contract bid requests with local business competencies and providing technical assistance that will help local businesses to successfully compete for available contracts. Activities will include regional marketing and promotion, industry prospecting; and facilitating regional economic development collaborations. This Contract is effective from July 1, 2009 until June 30, 2010. (C-20-10-006-3-00)
