42. CONTRACT WITH WESTMARC AS ADMINISTRATOR OF THE WESTERN MARICOPA ENTERPRISE ZONE FOR NONPROFIT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUNDING Approve a Contract between WESTMARC as the administrator of the Western Maricopa Enterprise Zone (WMEZ) and Maricopa County through the Human Services Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $15,000. The purpose of this Contract is to Provide FY 2009-2010 nonprofit economic development funding to WESTMARC for the WMEZ for purposes to include enhancing and strengthening the employment base of Western Maricopa County by promoting enterprise zone benefits to agencies and groups within the area as well as groups looking to relocate to the area. This Contract is effective from July 1, 2009 until June 30, 2010. (C-20-10-016-3-00)
