17. LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR MEMBERSHIP TO THE WESTERN REGIONAL AIR PARTNERSHIP Authorize the Chairman to sign a letter of support for Maricopa County Air Quality Department's (MCAQD) request to become a member of the Western Regional Air Partnership (WRAP). There are no costs for WRAP membership. WRAP is a collaborative effort of tribal governments, state governments, various federal agencies, and more recently local air program jurisdictions. WRAP is actively involved in the regional haze issues, green house gas policy discussions and related EPA actions. County participation on WRAP will benefit all counties in Arizona as well as the State. (C-20-10-025-P-00)
