29. NONPROFIT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT - COLLABORATION FOR A NEW CENTURY Approve a Contract between Collaboration for a New Century and Maricopa County through the Human Services Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $25,000. The purpose of this Contract is to Provide FY 2010-11 nonprofit economic development funding to the Collaboration for a New Century for purposes to include group and one-on-one technical assistance and training to up to 12 community and faith-based organizations in the following topical areas: strategic planning, process improvements, marketing, staff and board development, personal leadership development, technology, capital improvements, finances, fundraising, collaboration and developing partnerships. This Contract is effective from July 1, 2010 until June 30, 2011. (C-20-11-012-3-00)
