AMENDMENT TO IGA BETWEEN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE U.S. COURTS AND MARICOPA COUNTY FOR USE OF JUSTICE WEB INTERFACE Approve Amendment 1 of the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Administrative Office of the United States Courts, (USCA1110012) and Maricopa County. The IGA was approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors in 2011, C-20-11-044-3-00. The IGA was approved for the purpose of use of the Justice Web Interface (JWI) software application developed by the Maricopa County Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (ICJIS). The existing IGA is non-financial with a ten year term that began on 1/24/2011 and expires 12/31/2020. Amendment 1 provides for non-financial ten year extension, effective through 12/31/2030.
