25. FUND TRANSFERS AND APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENTS FOR EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT FUNDING Pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following fund transfers and appropriation adjustments for the transfer of indirect costs from the Sub-recipient County Departments of the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Programs to the County Manager, the main County Recipient Department, to be in accordance with the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance grant policies and guidelines. 1. Authorize and approve a fund transfer in the amount of $41,076.64 from the Adult Probation (110) Adult Probation Grants Fund (211) Operating (0000) to the County Manager (200) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). 2. Authorize and approve a fund transfer in the amount of $36,215 from the Juvenile Probation (270) Juvenile Probation Grants Fund (227) Operating (0000) to the County Manager (200) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). 3. Authorize and approve a fund transfer in the amount of $48,231 from the County Attorney (190) Maricopa County Attorney Office Grants Fund (219) Operating (0000) to the County Manager (200) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). 4. Authorize and approve a fund transfer in the amount of $43,659 from the Sheriff (500) Sheriff Grants Fund (251) Operating (0000) to the County Manager (200) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). Approve appropriation adjustments to increase appropriated revenues in the amount of $169,181.64 in the County Manager (200) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001), and reduce appropriated expenditures and revenues by the same amount in Eliminations (980) Eliminations Fund (900) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). 26. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION REGARDING FUND TRANSFERS AND APPROPRIATIONS ADJUSTMENTS FOR EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT FUNDING Approve an administrative correction to rescind/remove the Board Required Information section in Agenda Item C-20-11-090-M-00. Language to be removed is as follows: "Approve appropriation adjustments to increase appropriated revenues in the amount of $169,181.64 in the County Manager (200) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001), and reduce appropriated expenditures and revenues by the same amount in Eliminations (980) Eliminations Fund (900) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001)." An appropriation adjustment is not necessary for this agenda item so this language should be removed. (C-20-11-090-M-01)
