18. SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENTS WITH THE STATE OF ARIZONA, GOVERNOR'S OFFICE FOR CHILDREN FOR THE JUVENILE ACCOUNTABILITY BLOCK GRANT A. Approve Subgrantee Agreement (JB-CSG-11-1273-03) between the State of Arizona, Governor's Office for Children, Youth, and Families, Division for Children (GOCYF/DFC), Grantor, and Maricopa County Juvenile Probation Subgrantee for the Juvenile Accountability Block Grant (JABG) with the effective dates of October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011. B. Approve Amendment No. 1 to revise the description of services to support enhancement and changes to the court’s current computer system that will allow development of a Citation Court. Additionally, this amendment will support one Juvenile Probation Officer position. The effective dates remain unchanged in this amendment. C. Also approve an additional amendment which will extend the effective date of the agreement through December 31, 2011. Reporting Requirements will be modified to reflect that a Final Report shall be due January 15, 2012. (C-20-12-013-G-00)
