20. TRANSFER OF FUNDING TO INTEGRATED CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION SYSTEM Approve the transfer of $168,000 in expenditure authority from Non-Departmental (470) Detention Fund (255) General Contingency (4711) Operating (0000) to the County Manager’s Office (200) Detention Fund (255) Operating (0000). These monies will be used to support two additional positions within the Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (ICJIS) agency requested by the ICJIS executive team. The ICJIS executive team is comprised of one elected official or executive-level employee from each of the five stakeholder agencies: County Attorney, Superior Court, Clerk of the Court, Sheriff’s Office, and Indigent Defense. The ICJIS agency receives direction from the ICJIS executive team but is managerially and budgetarily within the County Manager’s Office. The ICJIS executive team expressed a need to fund and hire an IT manager and an additional IT professional for the ICJIS agency. Doing so will allow ICJIS to better respond to the information technology needs of the stakeholder agencies. (C-20-12-018-M-00)
