25. RESOLUTION TO APPLY FOR AND ACCEPT, IF AWARDED, TRIBAL GAMING FUNDS FROM THE GILA RIVER INDIAN COMMUNITY OF BEHALF OF THE INTERFAITH COOPERATIVE MINISTRIES, INC. (DBA ICM FOOD AND CLOTHING BANK): CHILDREN'S BASIC NEEDS SERVICES PROGRAM Pursuant to A.R.S. 5-601.02, authorize by resolution the application and, if awarded, the acceptance and pass-through of a Tribal Gaming Grant from the Gila River Indian Community for the Interfaith Cooperative Ministries, Inc. (DBA ICM Food and Clothing Bank) Children's Basic Needs Services Program in the not-to-exceed amount of $90,000 over three years ($30,000 in FY 2012 – 2013, $30,000 in FY 2013 – 2014, and $30,000 in FY 2014 – 2015). Also, authorize the execution of all documents related to this grant which may include an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA), Grant-in-Aid Agreement, or similar documents. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. (C-20-12-076-M-00)
