29. RESOLUTION TO APPLY FOR AND ACCEPT, IF AWARDED, TRIBAL GAMING FUNDS FROM THE TOHONO O'ODHAM NATION ON BEHALF OF GIRL SCOUTS – ARIZONA CACTUS-PINE COUNCIL HEALTHY LIVING PROGRAMMING Pursuant to A.R.S. 5-601.02, authorize by resolution the application and, if awarded, the acceptance and pass-through of a Tribal Gaming Grant from the Tohono O'odham Nation for Girls Scouts – Arizona Cactus-Pine Council for Healthy Living Programming in the not-to-exceed amount of $50,000. Also, authorize the execution of all documents related to this grant which may include an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA), Grant-in-Aid Agreement, or similar documents. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. (C-20-12-086-M-00)
