30. RESOLUTION TO APPLY FOR AND ACCEPT, IF AWARDED, TRIBAL GAMING FUNDS FROM THE TOHONO O'ODHAM NATION FOR THREE MARICOPA COUNTY ADULT PROBATION DEPARTMENT STAFF MEMBERS TO ATTEND THE NATIONAL TRAINING CONFERENCE FOR CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND COMMUNITY LEADERS Pursuant to A.R.S. 5-601.02, authorize by resolution the application and, if awarded, the acceptance of a Tribal Gaming Grant from the Tohono O'odham Nation for three Maricopa County Adult Probation Department staff members to attend the National Training Conference for Criminal Justice and Community Leaders in the not-to-exceed amount of $4,326. Also, authorize the execution of all documents related to this grant which may include an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA), Grant-in-Aid Agreement, or similar documents. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. Upon award of grant funds the County department, agency or program will notify the Office of Management and Budget and the Department of Finance of the amount of the grant to determine if a related budget adjustment is needed including any indirect cost accounting.
