34. RESOLUTION TO APPLY FOR AND ACCEPT, IF AWARDED, TRIBAL GAMING FUNDS FROM THE TOHONO O'ODHAM NATION ON BEHALF OF VALLEY OF THE SUN YMCA – COMMUNITY INITIATIVES: LAS ARTES DE MARICOPA – GLENDALE WORK EXPERIENCE PROGRAM Pursuant to A.R.S. 5-601.02, authorize by resolution the application and, if awarded, the acceptance and pass-through of a Tribal Gaming Grant from the Tohono O'odham Nation for the Valley of the Sun YMCA – Community Initiatives Las Artes De Maricopa – Glendale Work Experience Program in the not-to-exceed amount of $50,000. Also, authorize the execution of all documents related to this grant which may include an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA), Grant-in-Aid Agreement, or similar documents. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. (C-20-12-089-M-00)
