46. APPOINTMENT OF PUBLIC FIDUCIARY Pursuant to A.R.S. § 14-5601A and the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration Sec. 7-202E(2)(d), approve, by Resolution, the appointment of Catherine R. Robbins as the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary. The term of the appointment will be effective January 7, 2013. With this appointment, the current Interim Public Fiduciary Phillip R. Ioset will return to his position as Estate Administrator in the Office of the Public Fiduciary. Approval of this agenda item also appoints Catherine R. Robbins to the position of Director of the Office of the Public Fiduciary. (C-20-13-024-M-00)
