47. IGA FCD 2012A016 WITH ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS FOR AND ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY O/B/O W.P. CAREY SCHOOL OF BUSINESS FOR ORGANIZATIONAL RESEARCH Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2012A016 for Organizational Research between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District), Maricopa County (County), and the Arizona Board of Regents (for and on behalf of Arizona State University o/b/o W.P. Carey School of Business). Subject to the specific approval of the County and the District, and limitations established by the Agreement, the Agreement authorizes the W.P. Carey School of Business to conduct organizational research associated with the County/District, with all costs to be borne by the respective parties. It is anticipated that research results will provide mutual benefit. The Agreement will be effective once it has been executed by all parties and will remain in effect for five years; except, any party may terminate or suspend the Agreement with 30-days written notice. This Agenda Item impacts all supervisorial districts. (C-20-13-025-M-00)
