26. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE FOR MICHELLE HINDMAN Approve Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Michelle Hindman, Legislative Liaison. Michelle was hired on November 8, 2013, with previous ASRS experience. Her previous experience afforded her the ability to step into a vacant position and immediately assume the responsibility of Legislative Liaison. Her accrual of vacation and sick leave was not adjusted for her previous ASRS experience until February 16, 2014. If approved, this ECP agreement will award her a one-time adjustment of 15.75 vacation hours and 10.5 sick leave hours which would complete Michelle’s compensation package. (C-20-14-031-M-00)
