36. AMENDMENT TO 2015 LEGISLATIVE PACKAGE For discussion and possible action on amending the 2015 Legislative Package to include personnel reform by amending A.R.S. 11-352 and other applicable statutes to allow counties maximum flexibility and local control related to the merit system. This includes but is not limited to deleting requirements that limit the number of employees that can be deemed exempt. (C-20-15-003-P-01)
