31. RESOLUTION REGARDING THE PROPOSED RULE TO CLARIFY THE DEFINITION OF THE “WATERS OF THE UNITED STATES” UNDER THE CLEAN WATER ACT Approve a resolution regarding the proposed rule to clarify the definition of the “Waters of the United States” under the Clean Water Act. Further authorize the Chairman to send comments to the Environmental Protection Agency’s Docket ID No. EPA–HQ–OW–2011–0880 regarding the proposed rule. (C-20-15-004-M-00)
