RESOLUTION REGARDING PAYMENT-IN-LIEU-OF-TAXES PROGRAM (PILT) and the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act (SRS) FUNDING Approve a Resolution respectfully requesting the Congress of the United States to immediately provide full funding for the Payment-in-Lieu-of-Taxes and Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act Programs in Fiscal Year 2015, and find a sustainable funding source into the future.
