COMBINED CHARITABLE CAMPAIGN AND FISCAL SPONSOR AGREEMENT WITH THE VALLEY OF THE SUN UNITED WAY Authorize the annual Maricopa County Employees Combined Charitable Campaign (CCC) and the Campaign Services and Fiscal Sponsor Agreement with the Valley of the Sun United Way (VSUW), a non- profit organization. As the fiscal sponsor, VSUW will provide campaign services for the CCC and the County Employee Assisting and Supporting Employees (E.A.S.E) fund.
