ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE GOVERNING BYLAWS, AMENDMENT TO THE IGA AND DESIGNATION OF OFFICERS FOR THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF MARICOPA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONSERS Approve the Resolution regarding the Housing Authority of Maricopa County which includes the following actions: a) Approve the Bylaws for the Housing Authority of Maricopa County attached as Exhibit A to the Resolution. b) Approve Amendment #1 to the Restructuring IGA between Maricopa County and the Housing Authority of Maricopa County which amends Section 5.2 attached as Exhibit B to the Resolution c) Approve the redesignation of Jake Hinman as Chairperson and Kathy Di Nolfi as Vice Chairperson of the Housing Authority of Maricopa County Board of Commissioners for terms starting on February 26, 2021 and expiring on February 25, 2022.
