INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY POLICY A1130 Approve the Industrial Development Authority Policy (A1130) to establish procedures for elections to The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa (IDA) and identify expectations for an intergovernmental agreement.
