32. FY 2024 BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR THE COUNTY MANAGER’S OFFICE In accordance with A. R. S 42-17106(B), approve the following adjustments to the FY 2024 budget: 1. Increase the County Manager’s Office (D200) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) expenditure appropriation by $831,063. 2. Decrease the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) Unreserved Contingency expenditure appropriation by $831,063. These actions will have a county-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S 42-17105. This adjustment will provide full year funding for a centralized public records group and additional communications resources to support the ongoing priorities of the Board of Supervisor and Maricopa County Administration. The public records group will centralize training and resources to ensure all county departments are efficient and accurate in their production of public records pursuant to Arizona Public Records Laws.
