16. COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS FUNDING FOR REPLACEMENT OF AC UNITS FOR THE CITY OF MESA HISTORICAL MUSEUM Authorize the Community Solutions Funding Proposal request for the replacement of AC units for the City of Mesa Historical museum in the amount of $50,000, with an expected start date of December 2, 2024. The Board of Supervisors’ Community Solutions Funding (CSF) is primarily intended to cover the cost of initiatives that carry the potential of advancing Maricopa County’s Strategic Goals and provide a clear public benefit for Maricopa County residents. The associated Maricopa County Strategic Goal is: Regional Services. Pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B), authorize the following appropriation adjustments to the FY 2025 budget: 1. Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget in the line “Community Solutions Funding” (4711) by $50,000. 2. Increase the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget in the line “D2 – Community Solutions Funding” (4762) by $50,000. These actions will have a net zero impact on the County-wide budget and do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105.
