ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING, FOR PURPOSES OF SECTION 147(F) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED, THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS TO FINANCE PROPERTY LOCATED IN MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, FOR THE BENEFIT OF LINDENWOOD EDUCATION SYSTEM Adopt a resolution approving for purposes of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, the issuance by the Public Finance Authority of its not to exceed $175,000,000 Educational Facilities Revenue Bonds (Lindenwood Education System), Series 2025A, to finance property located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
