12. EXEMPTION TO THE LEAVE PLAN FOR CARRY-OVER OF VACATION TIME Approve an exemption to the Maricopa County Leave Plan to allow for the carryover of not-to-exceed amounts of Vacation Time hours in excess of 240 hours at the end of calendar year 2010 for the following Election employees: Allen, Patricia M. – 174 hours Altaha, Jasper – 200 hours Kish, Donna A – 131 hours Passarelli, Kristine – 114 hours Prenovost, Jean A – 182 hours Redmond, Colleen M – 104 hours Stahli, Kenneth H – 173 hours These employees will be required to utilize the amount of Vacation hours that are carried forward by March 31, 2011, or they will be converted to Sick hours. The department will submit a report to OMB by April 15, 2011, confirming the use of the vacation hours. This action is necessary due to the General Election canvassing and recount. (C-21-11-005-M-00)
