11. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR ELECTION COSTS In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the transfer of expenditure authority between the Non Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) budget and the Elections Department (210) General Fund (100) Primary/General Election Cycle Spending (ELE1) budget in an amount not to exceed $1,100,000. This action will require an expenditure appropriation adjustment decreasing FY 2016 Non Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) in the line "Unreserved Contingency" (4711) by an amount not to exceed $1,100,000 and increasing the FY 2016 Elections (210) General Fund (100) Primary/General Election Cycle Spending (ELE1) by an amount not to exceed $1,100,000. This adjustment is needed due to increased election costs associated with the November 2015 Elections. The increase in expenses is offset by an increase in revenues from the Cities and School Districts of $2,800,000 for holding their elections. (C-21-16-004-2-00)
