12. DESIGNATE THE POLLING PLACES FOR THE PRESIDENTIAL PREFERENCE ELECTION AND APPOINT ELECTION BOARDS AND TALLY BOARDS For the Presidential Preference election to be conducted March 22, 2016: 1) approve polling places; authorize the Director of elections to select and designate additional polling places if needed due to changes or unavailability of polling places; 2) approve the appointment of election boards and tally boards necessary to conduct the election upon selection by the Director of Elections and filing with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, and provide for payment of election board communication expenses. The cost of the Presidential Preference election is reimbursed by the Secretary of State per A.R.S. §16-250. (C-21-16-005-7-00)
