A-4. SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT IN HUERENA, ET AL., V. MICHELE REAGAN, ET AL., CASE NO. CV2016-007890 Approve the Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) resolving the matter Huerena, et al., v. Michele Reagan, et al., Case No. CV2016-007890. By the Agreement, the County Recorder will develop Wait Time Reduction Plan as more fully discussed in the attached Agreement. The Agreement also dismisses the matter with each side to bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs in connection with the matter, including the negotiation and documentation of the Agreement. This matter was heard in Executive Session on October 3, 2016. (C-21-17-006-S-00)
