24. EXCEPTION OF THE VACATION CARRYOVER LIMIT Approve the request for an exception of the vacation carryover limit as of December 31, 2016 for the following individuals: Allen, Patricia M Altaha, Jasper Bunjevic, Deyan Castro, Leticia Luna, Eliza K Radtke, Harry E Ramirez, Gary Redmond, Colleen M Rodenback, Joseph D Stahli, Kenneth H Suljagic, Nusreta The request would allow not more than 200 hours in excess of the current accrued vacation limits of 240 or 320 hours to be used by March 31, 2017. Any excess hours that are not used by March 31 will transfer to the sick hours for each respective individual. Reasons for exception: The Maricopa County Elections Department has held four County wide elections in March (Presidential Preference), May (Special State), August(Primary) and November(General) of this year. Staff did not have time available to take off without disrupting the various County-wide elections. (C-21-17-007-M-00)
