12. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR ELECTION COSTS FY18 In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the following: 1. Increase the expenditure authority in the Elections Department (D210) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Budget (NRNP) in an amount not to exceed $600,000. 2. Decrease the expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) in the line “Unreserved Contingency” (4711) in an amount not to exceed $600,000. These actions will have a Countywide net impact of zero. The adjustment is needed due to an increase in expenditures related to the number of jurisdictional elections held in FY 2018. The increase in expenses is offset by an increase in revenues from the Cities or Schools for holding their elections. (C-21-18-006-M-00)
