38. VOTE CENTER LEASE AGREEMENT FOR PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTION Approve and execute Lease Agreement between Maricopa County and JCL Commercial, LLC, for short-term lease of 2400 square feet of retail space located at 4501 E. Main Street, Suite 217, in Mesa. The term of the lease is 9 months from March 1, 2024 through November 30, 2024 at $4,400 per month plus rental tax ($3,600 Rent; $800 in common area maintenance.) The suite will be used as a vote center for the upcoming Primary and General elections. The property is in Supervisor District 2 (C-21-24-042-X-00)
