37. PRECINCT COMMITTEEMEN Pursuant to A.R.S. §16-821(B), determine whether a vacancy (or vacancies) exists in the office of Pre-cinct Committeeman and, if so, make appointments to that office. The list of suspected vacancies and recommended nominations is on file in the Clerk of the Board’s Office and retained in accordance with Arizona State Library, Archives, and Public Records (ASLAPR) approved retention schedule.
