18. KIDS VOTING ARIZONA CONTRACT Approve the agreement for services for a two-year period with Kids Voting Arizona commencing on July 1, 2009 and ending on June 30, 2011 at a cost not-to-exceed $30,000 per year. On July 1, 1998, the Board of Supervisors authorized this sole source procurement with Kids Voting Inc, now Kids Voting Arizona for a three-year term (July 1, 1998-June 30, 2001), with an option to renew for additional two-year terms (C-21-98-003-7). Upon expiration, this agreement may be renewed for additional two-year periods in at compensation and services agreed to in writing between parties. This is the fifth two-year renewal.
