61. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH MARICOPA COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR HEAD START CLASSROOM SPACE Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Maricopa County Housing Authority for the continued use of one Head Start classroom and playground located at the Kuban Housing Development, 5834 East Santos Bravo, Guadalupe, Arizona (L-7401). The amendment extends the term of the agreement for three years, from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2013, and adjusts the annual utility payment schedule from $2,116.80 to $2,400 in FY 11, $2,520 in FY 12, and $2,640 in FY 13. This amended payment schedule does not impact County General Funds. This action was endorsed by the Facilities Review Committee on March 25, 2010. The classroom serves a total of 34 children 3-5 years of age. Maricopa County has been operating a Head Start classroom at this site since 1993. (C-22-05-100-2-03)
