25. AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH COMTRANS, INC FOR SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES Approve Amendment No. 6 to a Contract between Comtrans, Inc. and Maricopa County through the Human Services Department in the not-to-exceed amount of $250,000. The purpose of this amendment is to exercise option year three of three one-year options to renew and to increase funding. This amendment is effective from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain in full force and effect. (C-22-06-141-1-06)
