68. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT (CA00015) CITY OF TEMPE AND MARICOPA COUNTY (Supervisorial District: 2) Approve and execute the Second Amendment to Lease Agreement CA00015 (previously L-7387) with the City of Tempe an Arizona municipal corporation (“Tempe”) Lessor, and Maricopa County, as Lessee, for two classrooms with adjoining children’s restrooms and shared playground at the Norh Tempe Multi-Generational Center, 1555 N. Bridalwreath Street, Tempe, AZ. This Second Amendment extends the term of the lease for an additional 5- year term to expire June 14, 2031. The lease rate shall remain at an annual rate of One Dollar ($1.00). Either Party may terminate this lease with not less than 90 days prior written notice to the other. (C-22-07-068-4-02)
