60. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF TOLLESON FOR OPERATION OF THE COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the City of Tolleson and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department (C-22-08-072-2-00) in the amount of $86,727 for the contract period July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. This is an expenditure contract to a sub-recipient with a total grant award amount of $86,727. The expenditures from this contract are reimbursed under revenue from the Department of Economic Security (C-22-06-016-3-00), upon receipt of a fully executed Agreement with DES for FY 2010, and Maricopa County (upon final approval of the County’s FY 2010 budget) and will impact the County general fund budget. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in full force and effect. (C-22-08-072-2-02)

44. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF TOLLESON FOR COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM (CAP) SERVICES Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Tolleson and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department (C-22-08-072-2-00) to increase the IGA amount by $6,475 for a contract total of $93,202 for FY 2009-2010. The increase is funded from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds. Also, approve the General Provision updates. This increase does not affect the County General Funds. The term of this amendment is from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. The expenditures from this IGA will be reimbursed from revenue from the Department of Economic Security (C-22-06-016-3-00). The general provisions included as part of the amendment are the Certification and Debarment statement, the IRAN/SUDAN statement, and the E-verify statement. All other terms and conditions of the original IGA remain in full force and effect. (C-22-08-072-2-03)
